The introduction, not a personal brand

Sixteen years in Panama, used as a filter.

Stay In Panama exists to connect people and businesses with trusted professionals, property, legal services, rentals, and the kind of local day you cannot get from a listing portal.

The owner

Owned and run by Tai Muñoz

Stay In Panama is owned and run by Tai Muñoz. She has lived in Panama for 16 years, exploring the country and building the local connections she now introduces clients to.

The work is local introduction: property, long-term rentals, residency counsel, and relocation tours on the Pacific coast from Chame to Costa Esmeralda. Consultations are in English or Spanish, in person on the coast or by video.

16 years

Living and building connections in Panama.

A photograph of Tai will go here.

Whether you are relocating, comparing an investment, pursuing residency, or planning a serious look at the country, the work is the same: narrow the options, introduce the right person, and keep the trip useful.

The public geography is the Pacific beach corridor: Gorgona, Coronado, San Carlos, Santa Clara, Chame, and Costa Esmeralda. Panama City, commercial property, and mountain houses come into the search when they belong there. We do not pretend the whole country is one beach.

Consultations happen in person and on video, in English or Spanish. You do not need to be in Panama to start. You do need to be deciding something real.

Two languages
English and Spanish, including with the specialists we introduce.
Two formats
On the coast in person, or a virtual meeting from wherever you are.
One standard
If we do not have the price, we say so. House photos are representative until the real album arrives.

Casco Viejo. Worth a day. Rarely the whole plan.

The city, from the causeway.

What we do

  • Orient you to the beach towns and whether they fit the life you described.
  • Show property for sale and long-term rentals, including homes that are open to either.
  • Introduce licensed attorneys for residency, and keep the property search tied to that advice.
  • Host a relocation tour that is about daily life, not a sightseeing loop.
  • Help businesses line up housing, commercial space, and the first professional meetings.

What we do not do

  • We do not file your visa. A Panamanian attorney does.
  • We do not publish legal thresholds as if they were a quote you can hold us to.
  • Representative photos are labeled, and they come down when the real album is ready.
  • We do not treat a digital nomad stay as permanent residency.
