Coronado is where the coast becomes convenient. Groceries, banks, clinics, pharmacies, schools, and restaurants concentrate here. If you want to live at the beach and still have ordinary errands nearby, this is the default.
The tradeoff is energy. Weekends and holidays are busier, louder, and more expensive to park in. Midweek is a different town. The beachfront condo we list (two bedrooms, furnished, with pool access and security) is offered for sale and for long-term rent. Ask which terms are current before you fall in love with a price you have not heard.
